Establishment of Pulse Processing Unit (Dal Mill – Min. 300 kg/hr)

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
(All are Mandatory)

     Scheme Only For 10 District: 1. Patna, 2. Nalanda 3. Jehanabad 4. Gaya 5. Muzaffarpur 6. Sitamarhi 7. Bhagalpur 8. Supaul 9. Lakhisarai 10. Aurangabad .
  1. Minimum capacity: 300 kg per hour.
  2. Assistance: 33% of project cost or ₹25 lakh (whichever is less).
  3. Maximum share of subsidy for the construction of building /warehouse /storage infrastructure shall be 30 % of the total eligible subsidy amount, i.e., 33% of the project Cost or 25 Lakh, whichever is less.
  4. Bank Loan is mandatory.
  5. Minimum 15% promoter contribution required.
  6. Only one member per family eligible (Individual category).
  7. FPO/CLF/PACS must be registered for minimum 2 years.
  8. Machinery must conform to BIS standards.
  9. FSSAI and statutory compliance mandatory.
  10. Asset must be retained for minimum 3 years.
  11. Subsidy released in two installments (50% + 50%).
